Am -  4 easy

Pm -  Did the 1600m today at our own invitational.  I got a nice warmup in, like 2 miles.  I didn't have an exact time goal, just to get a nice PR from my 4:30 back in November.  I was in the second ally and I got a pretty good start.  The race was pretty physical and the first 2 lap was a lot of jostling around.  First lap was like 1:05 then second I came through at 2:11.  Third lap I focused on keeping my turnover quick.  In the whole back stretch I had like a hardcore elbow battle with some noob.  It kinda pissed me off.  Third split was 3:20 and I was like, "wow! I could get a nice PR."  I surged nicely past some dudes and just kept accelerating till I was kicking to the finish.  I PR'd by 5 seconds and got 4:25.  And I qualified for state too so that's dope.

Something that raised hell today:  wow, Josh Collins with a meet record in the 1600m.  He beat Ben Saarel's time by like half a second.  Also, my dope PR
