Am -  What a great run.  I switched my watch to kilometers last night, as I'm gonna try to rewire my brain to the metric system.  It went by so fast, we pounded out K after K.  The run was a solid 4:40 pace, 6.4 kilometers.

Pm -  Today the Pine View Panthers ran sand hills.  We ran through Washington over to our hill and commenced the workout of 2 (3*1min).  Man!  Doing these in the sand is so killer.  The super deep sand makes them such a quad destroyer.  After the recovery day yesterday, I felt good and rested and was able to give a beast effort.  Everyone else ran studly, I was barely able to beat everyone on some of them.  Got 10.3K

Shout out to Definition Dallen today, he raised hell and really helped me push hard on the hills.
