Am -  Easy run this morning.  Felt really good. 3.9 miles in my K2s.

Pm -  Speed seshun after school.  3 miles of warm up then 6x300m at 800m pace.  2 mins of jog in between each.  It was good, I wore my new Kinvara 6's and they felt awesome.  I got great grip on the track and they were super light.

Times were 45, 44, 43, 44, 43, 43.    Last two got hard, definitely got some lactic acid flowing in the legs.  Had nice, cool and cloudy weather for this so that was awesome.  Cooled down to 8 miles on the afternoon then lifted weights.

Last year I found a workout of 12x300 online, and you had to give up if you ran slower than 47. We had some of us do it on a saturday, It was awful.
