Am -  Ok morning run today.  I felt good, but it was really cold.

Pm -  Such a rad, intense, speed workout today.  Did 10 minutes of warm up, then got into 400's of death.  Started with a rep at goal 800m pace (1:52) as long as I could up to 600m.  Came through at 57 and just dug till I lost the smoothness at like 475m.

Full recovery then three reps at 1600m pace (4:25), two mins jog between.  Times were 66, 65, 66.  Felt pretty relaxed on those, getting a bit tired on the last.  Had a head wind on the back stretch the whole workout.

Four minutes jog then two reps at 800m pace (1:56). Went 58, then I was so tired on the next one I kinda sucked with a 68.

Chilled for five minutes then went for another good rep, got 60.  Took five more minutes rest to get another good push, ran 59.  Had a hardcore headache for about 20 mins after but Alex got me some Ibuprofen and I was able to cool down to 6.8 total.

Overall a nice improvement from the same workout two weeks ago.
