6pm -  Time trial today.  Little bit out of shape since I have been running low mileage the last week and did nothing yesterday but I still had a pretty good race.  I warmed up with the team, to harts and back.  1.5 miles.  Well first of all at 5 we had team pictures.  So after the warm up I got my racers on and did some warm ups and lined up at the start.

Started the race out pretty quick.  I got behind kyler who was behind abel and byron.  I might have started out a bit too quick but better too quick than too slow I would say.  Got a good pace going around the ball fields.  My legs were not feeling too great, and going up the hill was really a struggle.  Matt passed me going around the PV rock and Colton passed me going on to the grassy straight.  I made sure to stick on colton and did the whole second lap. Coming onto the hill the second lap I got some negetive thoughts in my brain and those almost killed me but I quickly got them out of my head.  As I came through the finish/start line and started the 800 loop I passed and started to pull away from colton.  I felt a little second wind coming and saw matt in my sights I just didn't have the legs to beat him today.  Decent race, nice PR for me on this course.  I really hope to do good at the grass relays.  So I will.
