GOING THE DISTANCE

am -  60 minutes with 40 minutes tempo.   8.5 miles.  the tempo was pretty hard.  our boys were absolutely awesome.  we stuck as a team the whole time.  props to jason he was especially a stud.  

pm -  34 minutes, 4.2 miles.  me and alex went out at 1:30.  so basically we ran right in the middle of the down pour.  it was awesome.  we even went extra around the block because it was fun.

am -  parkway hills.  pretty hard.  I guess i didn't have the legs today cuz paul was just flyin up it and he said he felt great.  oh well.  tomorow is my day.  time trial day.  60 minutes, 7.7 miles. 

pm -  met up at the school and ran the time trial course then ran around the area.  it was nice.  im kinda excited to race tomorrow.  man, our new football field looks so dope.  30 minutes, 3.6 miles

am -  time trial.  It was good.  I got 11:11, 45 seconds faster than the first time trial last year.  no ones time was very fast but the course was wet.  It felt hard and good though.  we did great team wise.  20 second spread for our 1-7 guys and we can do better, i know, ive seen it in tempos.  got in 60 minutes total, 8.25 miles.  thinks are looking very good.
