Am -  Pretty chill run, talked a bit about our dreams.  I died in 4 different peoples dreams.  feel good for the 2 mile today.  3.9 miles.

Pm -  Drove out towards treasure valley park, way out in washington fields, for the race with desert hills.  I started to warm up with my friends and geez, my legs are still waaaaay sore from 200's on monday.  Same with everybody else, for some reason they like destroyed our legs.  Got a nice warm up in, then started the race.  I got out into the lead about 400m in with Dallen, we should have chilled out a bit probably.  The dirt road we were running on had like tiny rocks on it so i felt like I was slipping the whole time which was a bit annoying.  At 1 mile, I'm feeling tired, but ready to start going hard.  All the sudden Jaiden makes a massive surge and I try to go with him.  I'm pushing hard but he keeps pulling away.  Josh, Sage, and Tanner come up to me and I hang on them a bit, but my legs just didn't have much today.  I just kept pushing hard and dang Bryson passes me with 100 to go.  DH beasted today props to them.  I had a good effort, I know when I'm not pushing and that wasn't today.  Idk i guess my legs are just tired.  This was a good tune up for Nike, I'm feeling very confident in what I can do there.  5.4 total.
