Am -  Good run 4 miles, I felt good and wasn't very tired.  I felt like I had plenty of energy.  Me and Jake conducted a social experiment of sorts this morning.  We showed up 10 mins early to park in 2 of the 3 open parking spots, even though we have paid ones, to see what would happened.  Lol, some fine folks got PO'd.

Pm -  Killer long run today.  It was great, everyone ran really strong and all 10 or so of us held it together the whole time.  I felt decent the whole time, but the run seems to go on so long.  At 65 mins i felt like we had gone for 3 hours.  We ran a cool loop all around Washington city. Ended up about 11.25 miles. Back at school did a mile of barefoot striders.

Lifted weights, felt strong.

Am -  dang, woke up feeling insanely tired.  The run was a struggle.  4 miles

Pm -  Did a pretty dope interval workout today.  JV was running Dixie allcomers at 6 so about the top 10 of us boys ran at bloomington hills park at 4.  We did 1600, 1200, 1000, 800, 400 all at race pace.  It wasn't supposed to be killer, but we were all feeling yesterday so it was pretty hard.  It was good though, probably hardest workout of the season so far.  Ended up with 8.1 miles.  After we went over to Maverick, I grab a nice 44 oz blue powered with free limes.  As I drank I felt all the beast electrolytes flow through my veins.

Watched our JV do awesome, I thinks the boys might have won.

Am -  3.8 miles #morninggrind.  Life's hard right now with school and running, but honestly I couldn't be happier.

Pm -  WOW this afternoon was so lushus.  Just a cheese recovery run on the grass at sandstone.  Got 3.8 miles.  Ha ha, now I'll have time to do calculus #thumbsdown

ATTENTION!!!  This weekend our team is doing our all night run-a-thon.  To make a little bit extra money we are doing a special ceremony where we will be sacrificing Dallen Gillespie.  We are gonna put him on a stake and light him on fire.  YOUR FUND WILL BE GREATLY APRECIATED.  Feel free to donate unlimited amounts of money.  Bring cash to PVHS or email me at 16hillnicr@washk12.org.  Dallen is sacrificing himself willingly for the greater good of the team so don't worry if this sounds too harsh.

Am -  What a great run.  I switched my watch to kilometers last night, as I'm gonna try to rewire my brain to the metric system.  It went by so fast, we pounded out K after K.  The run was a solid 4:40 pace, 6.4 kilometers.

Pm -  Today the Pine View Panthers ran sand hills.  We ran through Washington over to our hill and commenced the workout of 2 (3*1min).  Man!  Doing these in the sand is so killer.  The super deep sand makes them such a quad destroyer.  After the recovery day yesterday, I felt good and rested and was able to give a beast effort.  Everyone else ran studly, I was barely able to beat everyone on some of them.  Got 10.3K

Shout out to Definition Dallen today, he raised hell and really helped me push hard on the hills.

Am -  nice run, 4 miles.  Started out feeling pretty ehhhh, but warmed up a lot and felt really good by the end.  Glad I have my team to run with every morning or it would suck.

Pm -  this afternoon our teams all-night run-a-thon started.  We were broke into shifts of when we ran so from 3-5 was the A shift.  It wasn't my turn but I went and ran a few miles, not sure how many.  Later when we commenced again after the football game, it was my shift so I ran 2 miles and a few more minutes.  Idk how much at what times, but for Friday from 3-11:59pm I got 6 miles.

Am -  Crazy night man.  I gotta say, probably the funnest run-a-thon Ive been to.   It was legit we did so much dope stuff!  At 10 I went and picked up 24 pizzas so we were loaded there.  We had two flat screens set up; we played some beast call of duty zombies on Julien xbox.  We had a sweet game of ultimate in which my brother DIDN'T break my nose, that's always good.  Me and Jake and Zach and Bryan and Cam had fun for an hour rolling a giant tire around the stadium (it was getting late).  Me and Bryan Rollerbladed around a bit.  Danced to some Katy Perry, she's great.  Oh yeah and our run-a-thon was at the track.  Controversial Cam came and partied with us, I sure will miss him.

I did some running too.  From 12-8am I got 8.75 miles, not counting a fair amount of running in ultimate.  I ran 3 times for my relay shift from 3-5am.  During that time I also just jogged around the track for a while with Coach holt, cam, jake and alex.  I got kinda emotional on the last lap of my last turn in the relay, just thinking about how it's another one of my lasts of high school and high school running stuff.  At 7am, we did the dash for cash, where within our 3 teams we each do just a 400m then pass the baton.  It was brutal man, I was using the last bits of energy I had.  Lol I dunno what I split, maybe a 1:02.

Typed this at 5pm.  Legs feel destroyed.  Life's good.  Word out
