6am-  arctic circle for 3 miles.  it was good and good and me and andrew pretty much ran together.  We were with the guys until a bit after we turned around at arctic circle, then they suddenly accelerated a lot.  So me and red follower just had a good run.

3pm-  7.25 miles.  michigans and 1m warm/cool.  So i was ready for this workout.  But when coach explained a michigan to us, Able wasn't sure exactly what to do so coach told him again.  In there somewhere coach said that we did two sets of it.  But i guess i didn't stay around long enough to hear that is was a joke.  So during the michigan i stayed with josh and it was way hard but i could have made it harder if i didn't think that we had another one right after it.  I could have pushed harder but i guess it was coaches fault.  he's not perfect so its ok.
