Am -  I woke up a bit late so I didn't run with the team.  But I still had enough time to run before school.  So I just did a nice 3.3 mile loop around my neighborhood.

Pm -  Wow! What a swag afternoon!  Our new uniforms came and they are lickin cool.  The run was super dope, we did a 6.15 mile loop that included going across the top of majestic Foremaster Ridge.  Dang, what a beast ridge.  On the run, we talked about the 1-10 scale of female attractivity.  We talked about like where various females would fit and how it should be scaled and if holy beings are included and we just really just dissected it hardcore.  On our run we did 2 200 meter surges then 2 more back at school on the track.

We got our first meet tomorrow.  It should be dope.  I'm doing the 3200m which I've only done once in my life, so I'm pretty excited about that.

Something that raised hell today:  that would be the fact that Jake got his gpa above 1.0 today!  That's good cuz he's one of our top guys.  What a beast
