Am - Met up at the high school. I felt kinda sore from last night, not too bad. We headed over to Old Man hill and did 4 800m repeats up it. Felt good and solid. Last one I felt really tired and it was pretty tough, but ya know just a good solid workout. Only 50 minutes, 6.7 miles.
After that lifted and got our lockers. I'm not looking foward to 5:30 mornings yet.
Pm - Had team practice at 3 at the high school. It was really hot today. Run was pretty good though. I'm feeling tightness though in my glute/upper hamstring. Gotta ice and roll that mutha. Wow, school starts tomorrow. Pretty depressing when I think of it.
