Am -  easy run, it was fine.  Wasn't able to consume an optimal breakfast cuz Sadie royalty practice assembly.  4 miles

Pm -  Did the same interval workout as last wednesday.  Splits were this:

100m= idk it was just hard

     30s rest

1000m= 3:10

     3 min rec

1000m= 3:10

     3 min rec

400m= 1:04

     5 min rec

1000m= 3:06

     3 min

1000m= 3:03

     3 min

400m= 1:03

     30s rest

100m= idk it was all out

Really nice workout.  I was able to nicely bring my 1000 times down when I was feeling tired.  Weather was crazy, it dropped to a frigid 45 probably.  Along with a nice chilling rain.  My hand went numb but it was actually great weather to run in.  With some warm and cool, 7.5 miles.

Yeah 1k's are nice. We did them on the track cuz they are doing hardcore construction on the fields where we usually run repeats and stuff.

But I think we would've done this on the track anyway
