Am -  back for the second day of Snow Canyon Invite.  Really rainy still, but not really any wind so that was nice.  Just did the 4x400 today, so I say around for a very long time. The timing system for this meet was so slow, so we didn't end up racing till about 2:30.  I was about to warm up during the 800's about an hour before when I got this excruciating pain in my stomach.  It was so hardcore and I did so much stuff to get rid of it.  Luckily it got better and better till I was feeling pretty good.  So I didn't run as much as I wanted but oh well.

Our race went pretty beast.  Colton ran awesome to give us the lead after one leg.  Skylar did good, probly the slowest and he got passed.  But then Paul ran beast and with a great handoff between me and him I was in the lead.  I was able to hold canyon view off for the win in 3:30.31 by a second and a half.  It was a good battle with them.  Now we are second in 3A right between DH and canyon view is right there too.  And we finally qualified for state! The race really made my hip hurt a bit and now it's pretty sore.

Ran a bit when I got home.
