Am -  Had our teams first time trial today.  It was pretty great.  I felt super good on it.  We usually do it at our school, but because the baseball fields getting wrecked, we did it at Bloomington hills.  Race was fun, coach wanted us to pack it tight for most the time, then at this hill with about 500 to go we all just go from there.

I felt really good, I just chilled behind the leaders for most of it.  Paul kinda got antsy I guess a mile in and surged hard, got a lead.  Really, we were fine and we were gradually speeding up but whatever.  We regrouped, then with 700 to go everyone kinda slowed as we went around the bottom of the park, so I got to the front and started moving.  I got to the hill and shifted gears one more time.  I finished good, could've finished harder for sure but an uncontrollable variable prevented that today.  I got 10:41, pretty solid, with skylar right behind me and everybody else right after that.  I'm glad our team is looking beast. Honestly this wasn't too hard for me.  I'm pretty excited for some of our main races like Herriman and nebo.

After that did a little workout on the rolling hills at the park, then striders and a few more miles on the grass.  About 7 total today.  Oh and me and skylar saw Aaron Metler in the bathroom before and we were 1&2.  No doubt connected.

No doubt in deed! While it is on your mind, you should write (maybe in a private journal!) about all the stuff that was going through your mind, what you did, even what you ate and drank that may have caused the variable. So if it ever happens again you can try to find connections.

Also, great controlled running today. I think you could have 15:45 on the course today!
