Am -  Did the usual 4 mile easy run to Starbucks and back.  I felt pretty good.

Pm - Wow, quite the after noon today.  Workout was 85 min run with fartleks, then striders.  started out feeling good.  It was only like 105, it felt so good.  then about halfway right as we finished our fartleks I began to feel cruddy in my stomach till Jason's house it was intense pain I was about to explode.  so I did in Jason's bathroom.  had to stop again at slick rock park and 2450 park.  I lost a lot of liquid between excretion it and sweating it out in the burning hot baños.  last mile was hard, I felt really dizzy.  I weighed myself during lifting I was 143, 7 below normal.  but since I've been home I've downed over 100oz of water and milk and lots of food and I'm back up to 150.  Even read some beautiful poetry by Robert Frost.  haven't peed yet either

Gracias to Jason's mom for letting me in and saving my life.

Am -  4 miles easy.  Legs feeling like slow roasted zebra meat from Costco.

Pm -  Another easy 4 mile run.  Nice recovery day today.  Everyone was feeling pretty beat.  The run was chill and we had fun, ran down to Pine View Middle.  Wow, it's a lot less cool.  They took out like 8 pretty big trees when they did construction.  Oh bumma.

After practice, went down to the rehab center for the physical therapist to work on my hamstring.  He had these metal tools and went hard on my hammy, it hurt good.

Am -  Swag easy money run, 4 miles.  Afterwards in the locker room  I did some of the exercises Jona the PT gave me to help my hamstring.

Pm -  Our teams second time trial was today.  We had to do it at Bloomington Hills park cause they are still doing hardcore construction at our school.  Weather was a lot hotter than last time.  The time trail went down good.  We were able to race a lot better and stuff.  We really got rolling half a mile into it, people were exchanging the lead and got stuff was happening bro.  The wolf pack was strong today.  500 to go things happened and I slowed a lot for a bit, then was able to mentally regroup and have a power full kick.  Today we had 7 guys at or faster than my leading time (10:41) 3 weeks ago!  Things are goin great.

After the race we had a little workout, 2*800m @ race pace.  Did them in 2:33, and 2:34.  Got a total of 7 on the afternoon, word out.

Am -  Turned up at practicar a little late so I didn't get as far, only 3.6 miles.  I actually quite enjoyed the first half, mostly alone.  And I talked to Carson for a bit.

Pm -  Easy money 30 minutes in the afternoon.  First a few of us boys ran with the birthday man, coach, to take some money to the bank.  Then we ran down to my aumamauter Sandstone Elementary to do some barefoot on the grass.  After like 10 minutes, this hardcore battle between the boys and girls team started.  Lol, I have no idea how it started, but it was over the possession of a little foam football.  The battle went back and forth.  Eventually it got intense, like Andrew wrestled hardcore with his graduated brother, people lost their dignity, and little meskerem the Ethiopian was tackling people.

Boys won though, so no worries.  After we hardcore surrounded Sylvia and ripped it from her hands.

4 miles in the afternoon.  Lifted weights.  Later at home did a lot of core and other strengthening stuff.  Really appreciating my foam roller lately. word out

Am -  Our team didn't have a race or anything today.  We did have our annual car wash fundraiser at 10, so we still met up decently early at 7.  Meeting place was Sullivan "Soccer" Park, where they are finally starting to build the 4 full size soccer fields after 3 or 4 years.  I think it should end up being a dope place to run, maybe have a race there, I dunno.  Anyway, we just a 60 min run.  There was about 10 of us guys there and we ran up towards telegraph, then east to Washington parkway, and up that all the way.  The way back was dope.  Ran through majestic Hell Hole.  Good times.  Legs are feeling strong and swag.  Got 7.6 total.
