Am -  The run this morning kinda sucked.  We went to fast.

Pm -  Did 1000m repeats today.  First off, did a 2 miles warm up then 4 reps, goal time 3:10-13.  It was a bit different for me cause i've been doing 1600m repeats so far this year.  But it was a nice workout and I enjoyed the change.  times were 3:13, :09, :11, :13.  Me and Paul ran those all together.  Its nice to be back doing repeats with Paul, it really helps me push myself.  After that we did some all out 300m's.  First one was 40 seconds, next one my legs were so tired i only got 44.  Also did some nice lifting, I moved up to 140 pound benching instead of 135!  next time i'll do 145.

Something that raised hell today:  it was actually saturday night when some noobs painted on my car windows.  just wow...

Am -  cold and rainy 3.7 miles.  It kinda sucked but my legs felt decent, so I enjoyed it a bit.

Pm -  A nice easy run in the afternoon.  We headed east on telegraph to hell hole.  Down in hell hole, the creek that runs through it was hardcore flooding.  We stopped to check out the rad red water, and I stuck my arm in to see how deep it was.  I slipped a bit and some of the water went en mi boca.  The rest of the run, my stomach was churning hardcore.  I'm pretty I sure drank in some hardcore parasite.  I had to stop like 15 times, it really sucked.  I barely got back to the high school after 6.4 miles.  My legs felt reall good though today, I'm ready for a good first race of the season this week.

Something that raised hell today:  Taking the ACT.  It was actually not that hard but it took forever.

Am -  3.9 miles.  It was a'ight.  Really cold though.

Pm -  Today's workout we did 400's at 1600m race pace with 1-2 minutes recovery.  It was easy for like the first 3.  Then it got progressively harder till the last few were a strain.  It was a good workout though, I hit my time of 1:07 each time.  After that we did some lifting, which was just super rad like always.  When I lifted I did various lifts where I lifted weight.  It was good.  Yep, it was good.  6.25 miles in the afternoon

Something that raised hell today:  gee, I don't really know.  Probly when that old granny won this sick motorbike on The Price is Right, which we watched at Carli's house during lunch.

Am -  I woke up a bit late so I didn't run with the team.  But I still had enough time to run before school.  So I just did a nice 3.3 mile loop around my neighborhood.

Pm -  Wow! What a swag afternoon!  Our new uniforms came and they are lickin cool.  The run was super dope, we did a 6.15 mile loop that included going across the top of majestic Foremaster Ridge.  Dang, what a beast ridge.  On the run, we talked about the 1-10 scale of female attractivity.  We talked about like where various females would fit and how it should be scaled and if holy beings are included and we just really just dissected it hardcore.  On our run we did 2 200 meter surges then 2 more back at school on the track.

We got our first meet tomorrow.  It should be dope.  I'm doing the 3200m which I've only done once in my life, so I'm pretty excited about that.

Something that raised hell today:  that would be the fact that Jake got his gpa above 1.0 today!  That's good cuz he's one of our top guys.  What a beast

Am -  It was such a nice morning this morning.  The morning was nice.   Wow.

Pm-  Yeeeeeeuh boy.  First meet of the year!  It was at Hurricane which sucks and it always windy.  We should up at 3:20 to find the meet was changed to 3 and the girls 1600m was already going!  That was asinine!  Anyways that kinda sucked for the 1600 guys cuz they didn't get any warm up.

The 3200m was pretty interesting.  I've only done it one other time in 9th grade.  So yeah it was different.  The race went out really slow, like a meager 1:18, lol.  We kept picking up the pace lap by lap.  Really the only competitive guys in the race was us 4 Pine View guys.  In the second mile, after a belligerent 5:07 I think, me and Preston started changing the lead every 200.  Then with 800 left I just kinda took off and then finished in 10:07.  Now I just need to run it one more time and get it qualifies for state, which is like 9:58.  I definately prefer the shorter track races.  6.1 total with warms and cools.

Also then in the 4x4, my team threw down on some noobs and posted a swag 3:42 for the win.

Something that raised hell today:  when Controversial Cam scared the living, pumping blood out of some innocent walking ladies on our morning run.

Am -  Me, my dad, and Alex ran Prospector trail today.  It was such a beast and beautiful today, wow.  Probly like 60 degrees and not a cloud in the sky.  The trail was so fun and my legs felt super great.  We went 9.8 miles and I listened to some beast music.  I listened to all of U2's lately album and think I really like it.  Anyways yeah it was just a perfect day.

Nothing raised hell today.  It was just so beast.
